Hi, I’m Martin Gresser, founder of Philippine Campers. After serving in the German military for over a decade, I decided to turn my passion for overlanding, adventure travel, and camping into a business that allows others to explore the Philippines in a unique and independent way.
Having traveled extensively and experienced different types of adventure travel, I realized that the Philippines—one of the most beautiful and diverse destinations in the world—lacked a true rooftop camper rental service. I saw an opportunity to provide travelers with the ultimate off-grid camping experience, combining the freedom of a 4×4 camper with the convenience of a fully equipped mobile home.
I chose to launch Philippine Campers because I believe that the best way to explore this country is not through traditional resorts or guided tours, but by hitting the open road, discovering hidden beaches, and waking up to breathtaking landscapes right from your rooftop tent.
This is more than just a business for me—it’s a way to share my love for adventure travel, create a community of explorers, and offer an affordable yet premium alternative to conventional travel.
